Yes, I'm spoiled. I admit it. My Cherokee needed gas. It was on empty and the low gas light and buzzer were on. My wonderful husband offered to take the Jeep today and fill it up and then take it to work if I took his truck today. You've got yourself a deal, buddy! I don't know why, but I H.A.T.E. getting gas. He also said that I should have told him last night that it needed gas and he would have gone and gotten it last night. I'm spoiled and I know it! :)

My youngest princess has gotten into playing on the computer lately. She's pretty good at it too! She would love to create dolls online. I'm sure even Oldest Princess would like to play Dress Up Games too.
There's a great site where you can make cute little dolls like these:

Well, we're skipping out on dance class today. Youngest Princess is still coughing and stuffy. I'm sure the other parents would appreciate it. LOL Hopefully, one day soon, she'll be over this darn cold!! I called the doctor on Friday but they said even though she's had it so long, if she doesn't have a fever and she seems to be feeling ok, she's probably ok. She's been acting just fine all this while, just stuffy and coughing. I keep thinking every day she's getting better but then she starts coughing a ton. LOL

Our house needs one thing more than any other. It needs light! For whatever reason, there are no overhead lights in the living room or the family room, so we have to depend on lamps. Our lamps cast shadows, so I would love to have something like this wall mount fluorescent light on the wall behind the couch. Isn't it pretty? I like the brushed nickel look. There are many others on the http://www.shoppremier.com website that I would love to have in my home.
I would love to have some new Bathroom lights as well. It's so hard to get ready for the day with the light fixture we have. I would love to have something like this in our bathroom. Isn't that a cool fixture?

We actually had a 3 day weekend here. We took advantage of that and went with my parents camping at the coast so we could ride the quads. We had a blast. The weather wasn't exactly cooperating but we got a couple of good rides in. Youngest Princess even got to ride the grandkids' quad all by herself! She was really good at it too! She'd just follow anywhere we went. Oldest Princess rode Dad's quad, but was a little apprehensive about it all. We had a few preteen moments too, but overall had a great weekend!

Do you ever get a song stuck in your head? Of course you do, you're human. LOL My best buddy, Cyndi got me the KT Tunstall CD for my birthday. The girls and I have been listening to it in the Jeep. My favorite song is Black Horse & the Cherry Tree (Woo-oooo). It's Youngest Princess's too as we can't just listen to it once, but we have to listen to it numerous times. So anyway, that's the song that's stuck in my head at this very moment. I just thought I'd share a song implant for you too!

After picking up Oldest Princess today, we were on our way home when this "kid" (under 20) pulled up next to us at a stop light in a lowered Honda CRX. He started lurching forward like he was trying to get me to race. Um, first off, I was turning and he was going straight. Secondly, my Cherokee could drive over the top of him. Thirdly, he didn't know who he was messing with. ;) He kept looking over and I just kind of rolled my eyes at him. Little does he know that I used to drag race. Don't worry, not on the street, on the race track. LOL When I was 16, I took Top Eliminator for the whole race. I got a trophy that was probably 3 feet tall. LOL I still have it around here somewhere, probably somewhere in the pit we lovingly refer to as a garage. LOL So anyway, moral of the story is, don't challenge someone to race when you don't know their background. ;)

Are you short on funds? Do you just want a little extra spending money? Did you know you could get paid for reading this very post I wrote? Or any of the other posts on this here blog? Well, guess what???? You can!
Pay Per Post just released a new program for its blog marketing campaign. It's called the Review My Post program. You get paid for reviewing my post and I'll get paid too! It's a win-win for everyone!
Here's how it works:
I write a post. Remember, it can be about anything! It doesn't matter which post you choose to review. Review my review of the latest TV show, or review my posts about my dingy blonde moments. Really, it's up to you!
You click on the link at the bottom of the post that says "Get Paid to Review My Post".
You then sign up with Pay Per Post and write a review of my post and after its been accepted, you just made $7.50. Easy as pie! Well, at least now you can afford a piece of pie! But, as a bonus, you just earned me $7.50 as well! So thanks!
How could you go wrong with a program like this? Don't wait any longer!!! Let's both earn some money!

Last weekend we happened to go to Lowe's. While we were there, we saw they were having a kids project going on. Craig asked me if Youngest Princess was going to do it. I said that I thought you usually had to preregister for those sort of things. I saw a girl working at it and I asked her. She said, "you don't have to this month, we have extra kits" WOOHOO, Youngest was excited! She got her very own apron and nametag, just like the workers wear, goggles, hammer and her kit. All the tables were full, so we planted our behinds down on the floor. We followed the directions and made a real cute valentine "mailbox" thingy. Youngest had a blast and was very proud of herself. When she was done, she turned in her hammer (got to keep the apron and goggles) and got a certificate of completion and a patch I will sew onto her apron. I didn't have the camera, but I did have a trusty camera phone!

Have you heard about Pay Per Post? If you haven't, go check it out. You can make money blogging!
Pay Per Post has rolled out a new update recently. With this update there is some big money to be made! It's called segmentation. If your page rank on your blog is high, you can make as much as $1,000 for one post!! Isn't that incredible? Now not all are that high, but you can sometimes make $25 per post, or even more!
Now don't worry if your page rank isn't high because Pay Per Post has opportunities for you too! You can usually make at least $5 per post but, more often than not, you can make more. But just think, making these posts may help your page rank increase, thusly making you able to take the higher paying opportunities! It's a win-win situation!
No matter which opportunity you take, Pay Per Post does require that when you make a post that you have a simple disclosure statment. No problem!
Compared to other paying blog sites, Pay Per Post takes less of the fee from the advertisers, meaning more money in your pocket! Can't beat that! So head over and check out Pay Per Post and get paid for writing what you want!!

You know how you can walk by something day in and day out and you don't notice it anymore? I just now (yes, it's February) realized I still have the Christmas cards that were sent to us taped to the front door. LOL That needs to be on my list of things to do....take the cards down! I could also make a whole list of other things that need to be done around here too. LOL

I am so thankful to my wonderful husband. He's put up with so much from me and never really said anything about how awful I was.
I'm talking about before I got my, what I lovingly refer to, happy pills. LOL My anti-depressants. Since I haven't had insurance for 3+ years, I haven't been able to get my prescriptions. But, lack of insurance is a whole nother post ;) Anyway, right after Christmas, I had to go in to see the doctor as I had strep throat. I asked the doctor what I could do, if Target or Wal-Mart had any of meds I could take on their $4 list. My doc was pretty good, she gave me samples of the meds I was taking before and said to call her in a month. Phew! I can't believe the difference in how I feel. I'm actually happy. :) I catch myself smiling now. Anyway, I'm rather long-winded, but I said all that to say that never once did Craig complain about how I was acting. I know he sees the difference because he has asked me a couple times how I think the meds are doing. I tell him how I'm feeling and he agrees that I act/seem like I'm happier. He even asked the pharmacist at Target how much a month's supply is. It's $115 but not as bad as we had thought. He's also a fantastic daddy!! I couldn't have asked for a more involved dad.
I love you, Craig!!

But guess what?! No dance class today. I stayed home with Youngest Princess today due to her having a bad cold. She'd probably be fine at dance class, but why push it? Especially when I'd love to stay at home? LOL
Let's see, I got the laundry all done, including the sheets on the bed and have remade the bed. I haven't gotten the dishes done yet though....I'm a slacker :)

Thanks, Maggie for the comment about Macy's! I found out today though, that the dinner is canceled. Waaaaaaaahhhhh! The dinner was through the church, but they didn't even get 50% of the response that they needed to have so they canceled it. My reasoning is because it was a Thursday night. Oh well, Craig is still getting off work early and coming home and we'll go to dinner somewhere.
He asked if I wanted to do it Wednesday and I told him no way! Everything will be too busy. LOL

Wow, Craig and his friends would love to have one of these poker tables. Craig and his friends from work get together to play usually once every couple months or so. These tables would be a huge improvement over the card tables they use now. Talk about feeling like you're on the World Poker Tour!
Go check them out, they're beautiful!

Oh boy. I can overhear Oldest Princess on the phone with two of her friends. She IM'd me to tell me they were having a 3-way conversation. LOL Anyway, they're talking about who's hotter....Ben, Some other kid or "Rye Bread", which I have now discovered to be some kid by the name of Rylie. You should hear the squealing coming from her room as one of her friends will say something to the effect of so and so high-fived me today!! I think it's along the lines of "I'll never wash this hand again".

Have you ever looked at your caller ID and wondered who was at the phone number (xxx) xxx-xxxx because it only gave a number and possibly a city/state? Or do you recognize the number, but can't quite remember who that number belongs to and don't want to call it back without knowing exactly who you'll be talking to?
Never, fear, now you can do a Reverse Cell Phone Look Up with this new website! Check it out!

I still need to find something to wear. ACK! I hate that. I've looked at all my normal stores, although, I should go check at Macy's. Hmmm, I wonder when I can find the time LOL

Craig's Aunt is a huge fan of Days of Our Lives. She's even been to a fan convention and has done a scrapbook about her trip. Since she's such a fan, I'm going to pass on this site for Days of Our Lives.
Go check it out! I really like the fact that they're so in tune with their readers. One reader even wrote in and asked for pics of "Kayla's" hair so she could take the pictures to her hairdresser to have her hair cut the same way. The site answered her request! That's great customer service, I'd say!
I also like the way the site is laid out. Very user-friendly. There are separate
sections for updates, news, spoilers and more. I like the fact that I don't have to go hunting for the information I want. I just click on the link and go.
After passing this link on, I'm going to be the favorite niece-in-law!

There's this strange white substance on the bathroom counter. I asked Youngest Princess what it was. Was it powder? Her response was, "no, it's toilet paper". Um, ok. Doesn't look like it, but upon closer inspection, it was, indeed, wet, soggy toilet paper. I then asked Youngest why there was wet toilet paper on the counter. You ready for this????
"I was making a snowman". Um, alrighty then.
I hope we don't need to call my dad, the plumber, to do a snowman rescue from the drain. LOL

Well, we didn't get our cookies made yesterday. Maybe today. Maybe not.
Youngest Princess got Garfield, Tale of Two Kitties for Christmas, so we've been watching it. Over and over and over and over. You get the drift lol It does have some amusing parts in it, but it's not my favorite movie. I guess though, when you're 5, it's right up there on the list of all-time great movies. ;)

When Oldest Princess was a baby, I worked full time. That meant that I would miss my favorite soap, Days of Our Lives. I used to record it and then watch it when I got home, if I had the time. If I didn’t have the time, I’d have to record over that episode with the new one the next day. Back in that day, we didn’t have the internet, but I sure wish we would have. If I didn’t have time to watch my tape, I could have gone to Soap Opera Updates and read up on the current happenings in Salem. I also like the fact that they have updates on shows such as Ugly Betty. One of my favorite things is message boards. Yep, they have those too. Go post messages with people who like the same show you do! It’s a lot of fun!

Yay, it's Friday! Youngest Princess doesn't have school today. Hmmm, I think maybe we'll make cookies. Cyndi has been taunting me when I'm at work. She'll tell me she's eating warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies. Ooooh, and a tall glass of cold milk. When she's all done, I have to wipe up the drool off of my desk. So maybe today, Youngest and I will make cookies and brag to her! LOL

Yay, my Friday........kinda. I still have one shift at job #2 tomorrow, but it's only 2 hours. Youngest Princess doesn't have school tomorrow, due to conferences. Her teacher told me yesterday that youngest was doing fine and she didn't need to meet unless we wanted to.
Craig went and bought parts to build Oldest Princess a new computer. Her computer has been driving Craig insane. It wouldn't start up or if it did, it would put itself in suspended mode. The wireless card kept changing channels by itself. It was just one thing after another. So last night he took Oldest to the computer store and bought a new case and a new motherboard. He stayed up late last night hooking everything up and loading software. To say Oldest is stoked is an understatement!

Name 3 Things You're Thankful For:
1. My Family. I've got a wonderful caring husband who's a great daddy and 2 outstanding girls.
2. My Friends. Sometimes I think that without my friends, I'd go crazy if I couldn't complain to them.
3. My home. Especially during this winter, I'm so thankful to have a warm, dry home.
Tag 3 Friends and tell them how thankful you are. I'm tagging:

To the chicky driving the crappy Honda Accord.....don't honk at me and flip me off when you didn't bother to stop at the stop sign and then made an illegal turn. I made a perfectly legal turn and lane change. Oh, and if you didn't happen to notice as you zoomed around me, you didn't get to your 55 and older trailer park any faster. I drove by you in the other lane at the same time you turned into the driveway, so you didn't get one iota further. HA! Wench!

My youngest Princess has been stuffy for the last few days. Today she looks really pale, but seems to be feeling/acting fine. I'm worried on what's to come. I certainly hope it's not the strep showing back up again.
Hmmm, she's telling me her tummy hurts, but she's hopping/dancing around here like nothing, so now I don't know what to think. One of the girls in her class yesterday threw up at school. I'm hoping it wasn't contagious.

I slept great last night!! FINALLY! Although it's been over a month since I've slept through the night, and last night was no exception, when I was asleep, I was out for the count. I may have actually been able to sleep through the night last night, but Craig's blood sugar took a nosedive and I got to play nurse. Normally after having to be up in the middle of the night and actually functioning, I lie there forever trying to get back to sleep. Not last night. Thank goodness!! I hope tonight I can actually make it the whole night! Craig thought it may be because I took my happy pills earlier. I'm not so sure. I'm thinking it was because I didn't have to work job #2 last night and I sat here in the recliner vegging/playing on the computer and watching TV all night.

Ok, what kind of dork doesn't have Cream of Mushroom soup? Me. I am that dork. Cream of Mushroom soup is a staple here. I needed it for the recipe. At least I have a can of Cream of Chicken soup, so I will substitute instead. Yeah, I am Queen of the Dorkness.

YAHOO! It's Wednesday. I only work one job today. Neither Princess has dance class. I have all the time in the world!!! Hmmm, maybe a nap? Oooooh, I'll finish my book. I'm thisclose to the end. I'm reading Nora Roberts' Red Lily. It's the third book in a trilogy. Not only is it romance, but it's also a mystery. Very cool!

Have you seen this movie? I have. 8383729 times. LOL It's my youngest Princess's favorite movie. I love the little pups. Sometime I would love to have a Golden Retriever. Hopefully, though, not as rambunctious as the "Buddies" ;)

Well, it's not really my birthday, but yay me! I just did 4 T-shirt design requests. Luckily 2 of them were just a matter of changing some things on previous designs. If you'd care to take a gander, my "gallery" is here. Enjoy!

Can someone please tell me where the stealth switch is on my Cherokee? Both Craig and I swear it has to have one somewhere. Cars are constantly pulling out in front of us. The sucker's fire engine red for crying out loud!! It's not like you could miss it! Well, I guess, obviously, that some people can miss it. Thank goodness for new brakes! I really wish people would pull their heads out of their asses and drive! That extra 4.3 seconds they would have had to wait for me to pass them wouldn't be the end of the world

I'm baaaaaaaaaaack. I remembered the book. Yay me! I know, I know, you're impressed, aren't ya? Well, half way through class I remembered that I was going to make Cream Cheese Chicken that Cyndi made while we were there. I was going to throw it in the crockpot after work. Grrrrrrrrr.....maybe tomorrow.

You all know (or should, anyway) that I'm a Disney freak. Anything and everything Disney is right up my alley. I need to figure out how to make my own template for here. I'm sure it's got to be easy enough, right? Guess I need to design some stuff first. Oh, that reminds me.....I need to do those T-shirt Designs for those people on the Disney message boards I'm on. ARGH! They're going this weekend too.....MUST.DO.THEM.TONIGHT.
So if you see me on here tonight when I'm not working, ask me if I did them, ok???? I'm such a slacker. HA!

Hahahahaha, I just ate my left overs from Olive Garden. It was portabello mushroom raviolis in a smoked cheese/sun dried tomato sauce, if I remember correctly. I can tell my breath must be horrid. Guess I won't have anyone trying to talk to me at dance class. Muwahahahahaha
Anyone want a kiss? :-*

Tuesday is better than Monday. It has to be, right? Yeah, I suppose it is. Really. But today is dance class. *YAWN* for me anyway. I get to sit there for an hour listening to all the other moms talk about this and that. Hmmm, I am in the middle of a good book. Guess I should bring it. Hope I don't forget. hahahaha

This is my favorite Coke product. We used to have it in the vending machine at work. The last time the Coke guy came in, he changed out the Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke and the caffeine free Diet Coke my bosses drink with regular Diet Coke. My boss's wife called Coke. They called back. Turns out they don't carry those particular flavors on their trucks anymore because they weren't selling as well as the other ones like Coca-Cola Zero. WTH???? So anyway, that explains why I can't find the 20 oz. bottles in the stores anymore either. I'm seriously bummed.

I'm not sure I ever posted anywhere other than telling Cyndi about it. We are the proud owners of a new 2005 Honda TRX 450R. It hauls ASS!!
I grew up on 3-wheelers, etc. Craig's never ridden. So I assumed it was basically my bike, right? Craig didn't know how to ride it with the clutch, etc. WRONG It was hinted at that we'd share it. *Pshaw, yeah, right* ;) Anyway, he took it out with my dad last weekend and now guess who's admitted it's now MY bike? hehehehe

Eric wanted to surprise Cyndi so he brought me and the youngest princess out to visit. Cyndi was on to us though ;) She's one smart cookie!! She was even tracking my flights online. How she figured it out, I'll never know. I do think, though, that she was pleasantly "surprised". hehehehe

Chris posted this on a board. It's hilarious!
Thanks for all the emails of 2006:
I must send my thanks to whomever sent me the one about rat poop in the
glue on envelopes because I now have to use a wet towel with every envelope
that needs sealing.
Also, now I have to scrub the top of every can I open for the same reason.
I no longer have any savings because I gave it to that sick girl who is
about to die in the hospital for the 1,387,258th time.
My lack of money will change soon though when I receive the $15,000 that
Bill Gates/Microsoft and AOL are sending me for participating in their
special e-mail program.
I no longer worry about my soul because I have 363,214 angels looking out
for me, and St. Theresa's novena has granted my every wish.
I no longer eat KFC because their chickens are actually horrible mutant
freaks with no eyes or feathers.
I no longer use cancer-causing deodorants even though I smell like a water
buffalo on a hot day.
Because of your concern I no longer drink Coca Cola because it can remove
toilet stains.
I no longer can buy gasoline without taking a man along to watch the car so
a serial killer won't crawl in my back seat when I'm pumping gas.
I no longer drink Pepsi or Dr. Pepper since the people who make these
products are atheists who refuse to put "Under God" on their cans.
I no longer use Saran wrap in the microwave because it causes cancer.
And thanks for letting me know I can't boil a cup water in the microwave
anymore because it will blow up in my face...disfiguring me for life.
I no longer check the coin return on pay phones because I could be pricked
with a needle infected with AIDS.
I no longer go to shopping malls because someone will drug me with a
perfume sample and rob me.
I no longer receive packages from UPS or FedEx since they are actually Al
Qaeda in disguise.
I no longer shop at Target since they are French and don't support our
American troops or the Salvation Army.
I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a number
for which I will get a phone bill with calls to Jamaica, Uganda, Singapore,
and Uzbekistan.
I no longer buy expensive cookies from Neiman Marcus since I now have their
recipe.
Thanks to you, I can't use anyone's toilet but mine because a big brown
African spider is lurking under the seat to cause me instant death when it
bites my butt.
Thank you too for all the endless advice Andy Rooney has given us. I can
live a better life now because he's told us how to fix everything.
And thanks to your great advice, I can't ever pick up $5.00 I dropped in
the parking lot because it probably was placed there by a sex molester
waiting underneath my car to grab my leg.
Oh, and don't forget this one either! I can no longer drive my car because
I can't buy gas from certain gas companies!
If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 70
minutes, a large dove with diarrhea will land on your head at 5:00 PM this
afternoon and the fleas from 12 camels will infest your back, causing you
to grow a hairy hump. I know this will occur because it actually happened to
a friend of my next door neighbor's ex-mother-in-law's second husband's
cousin's beautician...
Have a wonderful day....

Ok, Cyndi tagged me, so here I go:
Hmmm, 5 Things You Might Not Know About Me
1. My mom died when I was 4.
2. I was going to go to school for computer engineering, but the college lost my financial aid paperwork, so I went to the Community College and met Craig, and the rest, they say, is history.
3. I love Disney (oh wait, you probably already know that, eh?)
4. I taught Craig how to drive a manual transmission
5. Hmmm, can't think of anything right now lol

Cyndi sent me this:
A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle.
For example, if she is ovulating, most women are attracted to a man with rugged and masculine features.
If she is menstruating or menopausal, she tends to be more attracted to a man with scissors lodged in his temple and duct tape over his mouth while he is on fire.

Yesterday was my dad's work Christmas party. He always plays the big guy in the red suit. S was on to him. LOL First thing she said was, "that's Poppa!" and she wouldn't go near him. So I told her that Poppa was one of Santa's special helpers. She still didn't buy it though. LOL She didn't want to sit on his lap or anything. I finally convinced her to give him a nose-kissy just about the time he was leaving. She even smiled and posed for a pic! Woohoo!
